Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed July 29, 2026
Save the Bouquet is committed to making our website as accessible and usable as possible for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and align with applicable ADA expectations for public websites.
What We Do
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds (target 4.5:1 for body text).
- Support full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and empty alt for decorative imagery.
- Label every form field and surface validation errors clearly.
- Use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Respect your reduced-motion preference, decorative animations are disabled when you ask for it.
- Audit pages with automated accessibility tooling as part of release checks.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. As we add new pages and features, we review them against the same standards. Some third-party content we link to (social networks, maps, payment processors) may not be fully under our control; where we find issues, we work with those providers or offer an accessible alternative such as phone or email assistance.
