Save the Bouquet ("Save the Bouquet," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our flower-preservation services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers of www.savethebouquet.com and related marketing pages we operate. By using this site, you consent to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you give us: when you call, text, email, or send a form, we collect what you provide, typically your name, phone number, email, shipping or drop-off details, event dates, and information about your flowers and the keepsakes you want.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, referral source, and interaction events). When configured by our marketing team, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics 4 and related measurement tags. Form submissions are protected with Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (spam protection).

Order and service records: once you commission a keepsake, we keep the records needed to receive flowers, design, produce, ship, and support your order (including photographs of your piece when used for quality and, with your permission, portfolio use, see our Terms).

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule design consultations, receive and return your flowers and finished pieces, communicate about your order, improve the website, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with law. We may send service messages related to your order. Marketing messages are optional where required by law; you can opt out of marketing at any time.

Analytics, Tags & Call Measurement

When Google Tag Manager / Analytics (or similar measurement tools) are configured on this site, they help us understand how visitors find us and which pages lead to inquiries. We do not invent additional trackers in this policy, only tools actually enabled in the client container are in use. Call tracking may be introduced later; if activated, it may display a different phone number to different visitors and may record the number you call from and call duration for quality and marketing measurement, disclosed as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, for example shipping carriers, payment processors (hosted checkout when you pay), our website/marketing agency (CI Web Group), analytics and spam-protection vendors, and as required by law or to protect our legal rights. Those providers are obligated to protect the information we share with them.

Payment Security

This marketing site does not collect raw payment-card numbers (PAN), CVV, or full card data on our pages. When you pay for an order, payment is completed through the payment processor’s hosted checkout, invoice link, or other processor-controlled flow. We never store full card numbers on our servers. Text Messaging (SMS)

You may call or email us at any time. We do not currently operate an automated A2P / 10DLC marketing text program on this website. If you text our studio number directly, we may reply about your inquiry or order. Message and data rates may apply. When an automated SMS program is activated, we will update this policy and add an unchecked SMS consent checkbox at the point of collection.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Necessary cookies support security, accessibility, and form protection (including reCAPTCHA). Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-JM5K8YMXGE ) and advertising cookies run under Google Consent Mode v2 Advanced: visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland start with storage denied until they accept; visitors elsewhere (including the United States) start with measurement allowed and can opt out. Data Retention & Security

We keep inquiry and order records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes (typically up to 24 months for lead records unless a longer period is required for an active order or dispute), and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children (COPPA)

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites (for example our social media profiles or Google reviews) are governed by those parties’ privacy policies, not this one.

Your California Privacy Rights. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Save the Bouquet does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising and attribution tools may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law when advertising consent is enabled. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.120-.121), California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and request a copy of it.
• Delete personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we collect none beyond what is needed to provide service).
• Non-discrimination, we will never deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Categories of personal information that may be collected when tools are enabled include identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address) and internet or electronic network activity (pages viewed, referring URLs, device data) associated with Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JM5K8YMXGE ), Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection, and form submissions to our studio. We do not load a client Google Tag Manager container on this site at this time. We do not knowingly sell children’s personal information.

How to opt out on this site: use the Manage cookie preferences control below and decline advertising, or enable a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor GPC as an advertising opt-out without requiring another interaction. To exercise access, deletion, correction, or other rights, email info@savethebouquet.com or call (304) 995-9471. We will verify your request using the contact information you provide and respond within the time required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
