Beyond the Bouquet: Occasions Worth Preserving (Prom to Retirement)
Preserve more than wedding and funeral flowers. Anniversary roses, prom corsages, baby arrangements, and retirement bouquets make lasting keepsakes.
Most people find us after a wedding or a funeral — but flowers mark nearly every milestone, and almost all of them can be preserved. Here are occasions our clients preserve that you might not have considered.
What everyday-milestone flowers can be preserved?
Anniversary roses — the dozen from your 25th deserves more than a week in a vase. A resin keepsake makes it permanent. Prom and homecoming corsages — a small piece like a keychain or pendant turns one night into a keepsake a teenager will actually keep. New-baby flowers — the arrangement that met your daughter can hang in her room as a pressed frame, or become a monogram letter with her initial. Retirement and graduation bouquets, first-date flowers, even a rose from grandma's garden before the house sells — if the flowers matter, they qualify.

Do small arrangements work, or only full bouquets?
Small works beautifully. A single stem can become jewelry, a bookmark, or a wine topper; a corsage fills a small frame. One bouquet is usually enough for a full keepsake collection, but there is no minimum — we design around what you have.
How does it work if my event already happened?
If the flowers are still fresh, follow our care guide and get them to us within five days. If they're already dried, we can very often still work with them — see which flowers preserve best, then book a free consultation and we'll assess honestly.
Whatever the occasion, the process is the same six unhurried steps described in our process — and shipping is available from anywhere in the country.
